Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound prospecting experience in B2B environments.
• Ability to run high-level conversations with senior stakeholders (HR, benefits, finance).
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding pipeline or meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Garner's revenue organization.
• Test outbound playbooks, messaging, and channels; refine strategy.
• Research target accounts and engage real decision-makers across multiple threads.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize offers and messaging.
• Track outreach and pipeline activity in Salesforce to shape the playbook.
