Responsibilities

• Initiate high-volume outbound cold/warm calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Educate prospective clients on the program and handle objections.
• Ensure timely follow-up with warm leads and prospects.
• Assist prospects in navigating platform applications.
• Accurately record and maintain prospect information in CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
• Strategically distribute educational and marketing materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends and internal product updates.
