Job summary

Humana is seeking a Director, Enterprise Architecture Activation to translate business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps. The role guides a team of architects through activation of architecture principals, patterns, and standards to address business issues.

Engaging with stakeholders, you ensure architectures meet expected outcomes and can be technically executed. Travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead on large IT projects.
• 10+ years in design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of architects through activation of architecture principals, patterns and standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure architectures meet expected outcomes and are technically executable.
• Participate in governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise and solution architecture standards.
• Provide leadership in developing the organization's technical and architectural staff.
