Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects.
• 10+ years design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps.
• Guide a team of architects through activation of architecture principals and standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure architectures meet outcomes and are executable.
• Identify information technology architectures and facilitate architecture development with business goals.
• Participate in governance to ensure compliance with enterprise and solution architecture standards.
• Provide leadership in developing the organization's technical and architectural staff and align plans with business strategy.
