Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8 or more years of technical experience.
• 5 or more years of management experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems.
• 10 or more years design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

• Guide a team of architects through activation of architecture principals, patterns, standards to address and solve business issues.
• Engages with stakeholders to ensure architectures created for business or technical solutions meet the expected outcomes and can be technically executed.
• Participates in governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise and solution architecture standards.
• Ensures implementation of technology standards, creates visibility to enterprise impacts of solutions on operational and financials.
• Provides leadership in developing the organization's technical and architectural staff.
