Job summary

Humana is seeking a Director, Enterprise Architecture Activation to translate business needs into architectural roadmaps and lead a team of architects through activation of standards and patterns. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet outcomes and are technically executable, guiding governance to ensure compliance and realizing business value.

This remote role may require occasional travel to Humana offices.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects.
• 10+ years design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of architects through the activation of architecture principals, patterns, standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure architectures meet expected outcomes and are technically executable.
• Identify IT architectures and facilitate architecture development aligned with business goals.
• Participate in governance to ensure compliance with architecture standards and drive strategic plans.
