Humana, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture Activation to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and guide a team of architects across domains.

The role ensures architectures meet expected outcomes, supports governance and standards, and drives scalable, secure solutions with measurable business impact while enabling remote collaboration. Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects.
• 10+ years design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
