Ladders, on behalf of our client in the Finance & Insurance sector, seeks an Enterprise Architect to shape technical vision and architecture strategy in a remote US-based role.

The incumbent will partner with engineering, business, and executives to translate goals into secure, scalable designs, contributing hands-on to guide investment decisions and future-state technology directions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise, infrastructure, systems, or software architecture.
• Proven track record defining technical vision and strategy for complex initiatives.
• Deep experience designing secure, scalable solutions across environments.
• Ability to influence decisions with executives and stakeholders.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Architect to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape technical vision and architecture strategy for major initiatives in a complex, enterprise-scale environment. The Enterprise Architect will partner with engineering, business, and executive stakeholders to translate goals into secure, scalable, and resilient solution designs. This position requires both strategic leadership and hands‑on architecture contribution to help guide investment decisions and future‑state technology direction.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 - $177,796 annually

Responsibilities

• Ability to influence decisions with executives and stakeholders without formal authority
