Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Applications Development Lead to build, integrate, and support systems enabling reliable operations as the company scales for commercial launch.

The role focuses on hands-on work: configuring SaaS apps, developing SQL, automating workflows, and enabling dependable access to commercial data. You will own technical delivery and collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise applications, ERP/CRM, data engineering with hands-on delivery.
• Strong SQL development, data modeling, data quality, and performance tuning.
• Experience configuring or supporting ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
• Hands-on ETL/ELT processes and integrations using APIs, middleware, or file exchanges.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and deliverables.
• Experience with Git, technical documentation, and release practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, administer, and support enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce/Veeva, Greenhouse, and Ketch.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, data integrations, and automated workflows.
• Support SAP and CRM implementations and enhancements with data mapping and migrations.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to connect app data to commercial reporting.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and practical designs.
• Own issues through resolution, coordinate vendor support, and maintain runbooks.
• Coordinate work with vendors and internal teams; maintain docs and license usage.
