Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Applications Development Lead to build, integrate, and support systems that enable our teams to operate reliably as we scale for commercial launch. This remote role focuses on hands-on work: configuring SaaS applications, developing SQL, and automating workflows.

You’ll own delivery and reliability for assigned applications, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, People, and IT. Leadership comes from technical excellence and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP/CRM, or data engineering with hands-on delivery and production support.
• Strong SQL development, data modeling, troubleshooting, data quality, and performance tuning; Python scripting experience.
• Experience configuring or supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and ERP/CRM integrations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Hands-on ETL/ELT development and integrations using APIs, middleware, or file exchanges with reliability focus.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and drive deployment and ongoing support.
• Experience with Git, issue tracking, documentation, and disciplined release practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, administer, and support enterprise apps and workflows across SaaS, including SAP, Salesforce/Veeva, Greenhouse, and Ketch.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, integrations, and automated workflows with robust error handling and monitoring.
• Support SAP and CRM implementations through data mapping, migration, integration development, testing, and troubleshooting with business owners.
• Connect application data to commercial reporting with Data & Analytics; maintain tested queries and access procedures.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and designs; configure standard capabilities or develop custom solutions.
• Own issues through resolution, runbooks, vendor coordination, and cross-training for backup coverage.
• Coordinate work with vendors and internal teams; maintain docs, contacts, and license usage; flag risks to IT leadership.
• Use version control, testing, and compliant release practices; work with Security and IT Validation on access controls and validation evidence.
