Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant based in the Eastern US to shape how enterprises evaluate, design, and implement modern customer experience platforms using Genesys Cloud. You will partner with business leaders, architects, and technical teams to translate complex challenges into clear, achievable solutions and drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting to executives and technical teams.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or CX platforms.
• Strong CRM and opportunity-tracking experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT concepts, cloud, networking, security, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Discover — Lead discovery sessions, value workshops, and stakeholder meetings and present findings to business and technical audiences.
• Innovate with AI — Lead customer-facing AI POC initiatives and trials, evaluate capabilities, define success criteria, and demonstrate business value.
• Design & Demonstrate — Develop tailored solution demonstrations aligned to customer objectives and value storytelling.
• Advise & Influence — Serve as a trusted tech advisor to executives and stakeholders by mapping needs to Genesys solutions.
• Learn & Share — Maintain expertise in Genesys products and AI trends; share knowledge internally and externally.
• Collaborate — Partner with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Partners to win strategies and solve challenges.
• Maintain Sales Excellence — Document engagements, discoveries, and next steps in CRM to support forecasting and planning.
• Enterprise focus — Support 2-3 Account Executives and drive transformations with major customers.
