Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant in the Eastern US to define how enterprises adopt AI-powered customer experience platforms. You will partner with executives, architects, and technical teams to translate complex challenges into clear, achievable solutions using Genesys Cloud.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth, offering exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives and opportunities to expand influence across platform strategy, AI adoption,

Qualifications

• Passion for technology and resolving customer problems
• Strong communication: verbal, written and presentation
• Experience facilitating workshops and strategy discussions
• Familiarity with AI, automation or CX platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, networks and software architecture
• CRM documentation and opportunity tracking experience
• Must be based in the Eastern US region

Responsibilities

• Partner with large strategic customers investing >$1M in CX transformation
• Support 2–3 Account Executives and act as trusted advisor
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to define measurable outcomes
• Lead customer-facing AI proofs-of-concept and trials
• Develop tailored demonstrations aligned to customer objectives
• Advise executives by linking needs to Genesys solutions and outcomes
• Stay current on Genesys AI and cloud technologies; share knowledge
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partners
• Document engagements, discoveries, and next steps in CRM for forecasting
