Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to help large organizations adopt AI-powered experiences and orchestration through Genesys Cloud. You will shape evaluation, design, and implementation of modern customer experience platforms, translating challenges into measurable value for executives, architects, and technical teams.

You will lead discovery, run AI proof-of-concept initiatives, and develop tailored demonstrations that align with customer objectives and transformation goals.

Responsibilities

• Discover – Lead discovery sessions, business value workshops, and stakeholder meetings to uncover business challenges, identify opportunities, and define measurable outcomes.
• Innovate with AI – Lead customer-facing AI proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, workshops, and trial programs to demonstrate business value and adoption of Genesys AI solutions.
• Design & Demonstrate – Develop tailored solution demonstrations aligned to customer objectives and transformation.
• Advise & Influence – Act as a trusted technical advisor to executives and stakeholders by mapping needs to Genesys solutions.
• Learn & Share – Maintain expertise in Genesys products, AI, cloud technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate – Work with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Partners.
• Maintain Sales Excellence – Document engagements, discoveries, opportunities, workshops, and forecast-ready notes in CRM.
• Passion for technology and helping customers solve complex business problems.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written skills for audiences from technical practitioners to executives.
