Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered experience orchestration at scale.

You will partner with executives, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate complex challenges into clear, valuable solutions using Genesys Cloud. You will lead discovery, AI proof-of-concept initiatives, and tailored demonstrations that align to customer objectives, delivering measurable business value and accelerating adoption across

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, design-thinking engagements, or customer strategy discussions.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, conversational technologies, or customer experience platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking for customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with large, strategic customers investing >$1M annually in CX transformation.
• Support 2–3 Account Executives as a trusted advisor through the sales cycle.
• Lead discovery sessions, business value workshops, and stakeholder meetings to uncover opportunities and define measurable outcomes.
• Lead AI proof-of-concept initiatives, workshops, and trials to accelerate adoption of Genesys AI solutions.
• Develop tailored solution demonstrations aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
