Genesys is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant in the Eastern US to help large enterprises adopt AI-powered experience orchestration. You translate complex challenges into clear, achievable solutions using Genesys Cloud, partnering with executives, architects, and technical teams to deliver measurable value.

You will lead discovery sessions, AI proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and tailored demonstrations, influence enterprise strategy, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management,

Qualifications

• Passion for technology, innovation, and helping customers solve complex business problems.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, design-thinking engagements, or customer strategy discussions.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, conversational technologies, or customer experience platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking for customer challenges.
• Understanding of enterprise IT concepts, cloud technologies, networking, security, databases, and software architecture.
• Experience maintaining accurate CRM records, opportunity updates, and customer engagement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Discover — Lead discovery sessions, business value workshops, and stakeholder meetings to uncover business challenges and define measurable outcomes.
• Innovate with AI — Lead AI proof-of-concept initiatives, evaluate capabilities, define success criteria, and demonstrate business value.
• Design & Demonstrate — Develop tailored solution demonstrations aligned to customer objectives and business transformation.
• Advise & Influence — Act as a trusted technical advisor to executives by linking customer needs to Genesys solutions.
• Learn & Share — Maintain expertise in Genesys products and AI trends and share knowledge internally and externally.
• Collaborate — Work with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, and Partners to craft winning strategies.
• Maintain Sales Excellence — Document engagements, outcomes, and next steps in CRM for forecasting and planning.
• Enterprise focus — Support large customers with $1M+ annual investments in customer experience transformations.
