Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise customer base. You’ll collaborate with sales to architect solutions, demonstrate technical value, and develop enablement resources to accelerate deals.

The role emphasizes customer-facing work, automation, and the ability to translate complex tech concepts into clear business outcomes. Remote-first within Sweden, with travel for customer onsites and fluency in English and Swedish required.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python and software development concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to architect scalable integration patterns and solutions.
• Aptitude for enabling sales teams with technical knowledge and demonstrations.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical sales process.
• Engage with customer technical contacts to design and implement solutions.

• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers.
