Pegasystems, Inc. is seeking a senior Client Executive (Manufacturing) to lead enterprise sales engagements with AI-enabled solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to close, and engage senior executives to drive digital transformation for global brands.

You will build executive networks, lead prospecting, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, while partnering with ecosystem allies to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software, AI, workflow or platform sales experience.
• Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Proven track record hunting and prospecting into large environments.
• Credibility with C-suite leaders, partners and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional Client Growth team across the enterprise sales cycle.
• Open new buying centers via proactive hunting within strategic accounts.
• Story-tell how business challenges map to measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and co-sell via ecosystem partners.
• Translate client challenges into market insight to inform GTM and product evolution.
