Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced AI Engineer (Enterprise) to develop production systems for enterprise customers. This role blends deep generative AI with customer engagement, focusing on deploying AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience in production environments, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary range of $175,000 to $225,000 and is remote-friendly with the option for some travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing AI/ML or infrastructure roles.
• Shipped real AI/ML production code into customer environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLM inference and/or training.
• Strong Python skills with cloud infrastructure experience.
• Demonstrated executive-level presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers.
• Build end-to-end POCs and production integrations.
• Advise customers on model selection and fine-tuning strategies.
• Own the technical relationship across complex accounts.
• Feed customer patterns back into product roadmap.
