Job summary

Twenty80 LLC is seeking multiple AI Engineers (Enterprise) to design, build, and deploy production-grade generative AI solutions for enterprise customers in a customer-facing, hands-on role.

You will partner with enterprise teams to translate AI concepts into scalable production systems while collaborating with internal engineering and product groups to drive innovation. Remote-friendly within the United States with domestic travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing AI/ML, or solutions engineering roles.
• Production deployment of AI/ML applications.
• Experience with LLM inference and/or model training using open-source frameworks.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
• Excellent communication with technical and exec stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to define AI solution strategies.
• Scope and execute POC projects, performance testing, and evaluations.
• Design, build, and deploy production AI applications in customer environments.
• Advise on model architectures, deployment strategies, and infrastructure.
• Guide customers on model fine-tuning and optimization techniques.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model readiness for production.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout implementation and deployment.
• Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Guide customers on infrastructure, security, and compliance considerations.
• Support successful production rollouts and ongoing adoption.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to relay customer feedback for product improvements.
• Identify recurrent challenges and contribute to roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate to improve deployment processes and customer success.
