Harper is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds with customers to build, deploy, and secure AI-enabled enterprise solutions. You will work remotely with low travel, speaking with CIOs and executives as a trusted technical advisor.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of real-world enterprise experience with client outcomes.
• Hands-on development background across languages and stacks.
• Fluency with AI coding assistants and modern AI concepts.
• Comfort on customer calls, presales, and technical discussions.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and objectives.
• Write production-quality code, scripts, and automation for deployments.
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise buyers and architects.
• Prototype and deliver field-ready solutions in customer environments.
• Enable partners and co-delivery with system integrators.
• Contribute to product discussions with field insights and lessons.
