Qualifications

• 7+ years building and shipping software in product/solutions engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based solutions and evaluating output quality.
• Full-stack capabilities; experience with React, TypeScript, .NET/C#, Python, and SQL is helpful.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
• Experience leading discovery with business teams: interviewing users, mapping processes, and running sessions.
• Track record of taking solutions from prototype to production with focus on reliability and adoption.
• Sound judgment on where AI adds value and where it doesn’t, with clear build vs. buy reasoning.
• Ability to influence business leaders and engineers without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication; work samples to discuss in interview.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Client Services to map tools, pain points, and processes.
• Map current-state workflows clearly for review and improvement.
• Design future-state AI-first workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions and data pipelines for daily use.
• Collaborate with Technology to deploy and support solutions in production.
• Decide where AI fits, ensuring cost efficiency and reliability.
• Design privacy, security, and quality checks for outputs.
• Lead adoption through training and hands-on rollout support.
• Create and maintain documentation for repeatability and re-use.
• Define success measures and report results to leadership.
• Codify approaches into repeatable discovery and deployment methods.
• Share learnings to inform platform and product direction.
