Job summary

Navitus seeks an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize AI capabilities across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement reusable AI services, integration patterns, and governance aligned with security and compliance requirements.

You will lead the development of AI-enabled platforms, orchestrations, MCP-style context services, and human-in-the-loop workflows to enable scalable generative and agentic AI across business units.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of software development, platform engineering, or ML engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services for scalable AI adoption.
• Translate enterprise AI architecture patterns into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI integration patterns with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services including model interfaces and orchestration components.
• Support Agentic AI workflows, orchestration, tool integration, and context management.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, data, and product teams for scalable AI.
• Support AI platform development with Platform and Data Engineering teams.
