Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. You’ll work with architects and cross-functional teams to create AI services, patterns, and governance that enable scalable adoption of generative AI, ML, and agentic workflows.

You will implement AI architecture patterns, translate reference designs into production-ready solutions, and ensure alignment with security and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6-8 years of software development, platform engineering, or ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML in production environments.
• Experience building AI-enabled apps, data pipelines, model integrations, or AI platform components.
• Experience with AI integration patterns connecting AI with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Experience developing/guiding generative and agentic AI workflows with orchestration and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Experience in MLOps/LLMOps including pipelines, monitoring, lifecycle management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions enabling scalable generative and agentic AI.
• Implement enterprise AI architecture patterns and translate reference architectures into production solutions.
• Develop AI integrations with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services and components, including model interfaces and orchestration services.
• Support agentic AI workflows with orchestration, tool integrations, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Implement AI operations practices (MLOps/LLMOps) for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure governance, responsible AI standards, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to scale AI infrastructure.
