Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. You will translate AI architecture into production-ready solutions and collaborate with Architecture, Platform, Data, and Product teams to develop AI services and integrations.

The role focuses on generative AI, machine learning, and agentic AI workflows, ensuring compliance with security and governance while enabling teams to harness AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of software or ML engineering experience.
• Experience developing or supporting AI-enabled applications and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services across the organization.
• Implement AI architecture patterns and translate design patterns into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI integration patterns connecting AI capabilities with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services and components, including model interfaces and orchestration services.
• Support Agentic AI workflows, including orchestration, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Ensure AI operational capabilities (MLOps/LLMOps) with monitoring and lifecycle management.
