Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities across the organization.

You will translate reference architectures into production-ready solutions and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to deliver AI services, integrations, and operational frameworks for generative AI, machine learning, and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 6–8 years in software or ML engineering with 2–4 years AI production experience.
• Experience building AI-enabled apps, data pipelines, or AI platform components.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Strong Python/C# development and cloud experience.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions enabling scalable AI adoption.
• Translate architecture patterns into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI integration patterns connecting capabilities with apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services and tooling for enterprise teams.
• Support Agentic AI workflows, including orchestration and human-in-the-loop.
