Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities enabling scalable adoption of generative AI, ML, and agentic AI across the organization. You will translate architecture into production-ready solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes integration patterns, AI services, and governance while enabling teams to safely leverage AI technologies for business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
• 6-8 years of software/platform engineering with 2-4 years in AI/ML production.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML and governance practices.
• Strong backend development in Python or C#.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services for scalable AI adoption.
• Implement AI architecture patterns and translate standards into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI integrations connecting capabilities with apps, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services and tools for enterprise teams (model interfaces, orchestration).
• Support Agentic AI workflows, including orchestration and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure governance, privacy, auditability, and compliance with standards.
