Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. You will translate architecture standards into production-ready solutions and partner with architecture, platform, and data teams to deliver scalable AI services.

You will drive AI/ML integrations, enable agentic workflows, and implement MLOps practices while ensuring governance, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of software development, platform engineering or ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML in production environments.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Strong coding skills in Python or C# and building AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services across the organization.
• Translate reference architectures into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI integration patterns linking AI with enterprise apps, APIs, and data platforms.
• Create AI-enabled services, orchestration, and tooling for enterprise teams.
• Support Agentic AI workflows including human-in-the-loop and context management.
• Establish and maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle controls.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, and compliance in AI solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture, data, platform, and product teams to scale AI capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
