Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. You will translate architecture patterns into production-ready solutions and collaborate with Architecture, Platform, Data, and Product teams to deliver AI services and integrations.

The role focuses on generative AI, ML, and agentic workflows with emphasis on governance, security, and scalable deployment in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years in software development or ML engineering with enterprise-scale work.
• Experience building/operationalizing AI and ML in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms and API/data platform integrations.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong Python/C# development skills and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services enabling scalable generative AI, ML, and agentic AI across the organization.
• Implement enterprise AI architecture patterns and standards defined by the Enterprise AI Architect, translating patterns into production-ready solutions.
• Develop and support AI integration patterns connecting AI with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build and maintain AI-enabled services and components, including model interfaces, orchestration services, agent frameworks, and reusable tooling.
• Support Agentic AI workflows, including orchestration, tool integration, context management, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Implement and maintain AI operational capabilities (MLOps/LLMOps) including deployment pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI solutions align with governance and regulatory requirements including data privacy and model transparency.
• Support AI platform development with Platform/Data Engineering to deploy and scale enterprise AI infrastructure.
• Other duties as assigned.
