Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. You will translate architecture into production-ready AI services, and partner with Architecture, Platform, Data, and Product teams to enable scalable generative AI, ML, and agentic workflows.

The role focuses on ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and governance while enabling teams to unlock business value from AI technologies with safe and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Machine Learning – Specialty preferred.
• MLOps/LLMOps or AI platform engineering certification preferred.
• Responsible AI, AI governance, or AI ethics training preferred.
• 6–8 years in software development, platform engineering, or ML engineering with 2–4 years hands-on AI/ML production work.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications, data pipelines, and AI platform components in cloud environments.
• Experience connecting AI with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic AI workflows and human-in-the-loop patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions for scalable generative and agentic AI capabilities.
• Translate enterprise AI architecture patterns into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI integration patterns connecting AI with enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Create AI-enabled services, including model interfaces and orchestration components.
• Support Agentic AI workflows with orchestration, tool integrations, and context management.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure governance, privacy, auditability, and compliance in AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Platform/Data Engineering to deploy and scale AI infrastructure.
