Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI in Phoenix to design, build, and operationalize scalable AI capabilities across the organization. You will work with the Enterprise AI Architect and cross-functional teams to translate reference architectures into production-ready solutions, while ensuring governance, security, and compliance.

You will lead the development of AI services, integrations, and operational frameworks to support generative AI, ML, and agentic workflows, including model

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of software or ML engineering experience.
• Experience building or supporting AI-enabled services in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services across the organization.
• Implement AI architecture patterns and standards defined by the Enterprise AI Architect.
• Develop AI integration patterns connecting AI with enterprise apps, APIs, and data platforms.
• Build AI-enabled services including model interfaces and orchestration components.
• Support Agentic AI workflows with orchestration, context management, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure governance, privacy, auditability, and regulatory compliance for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Platform/Data/Product teams to scale enterprise AI infra.
