Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. You will translate enterprise AI architecture into production-ready solutions, collaborating with architecture, platform, data, and product teams to enable scalable AI services and governance.

The role focuses on generative AI, machine learning, and agentic workflows, with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and governance.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or ML engineering.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience delivering AI/ML in production.
• Experience building or supporting AI-enabled apps, data pipelines, and model integrations.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic AI workflows, including orchestration.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Experience aligning solutions with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions for scalable generative AI.
• Implement enterprise AI architecture patterns and standards.
• Develop AI integration patterns with enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Build AI-enabled services including model interfaces and orchestration.
• Support Agentic AI workflows with tool integrations and human-in-the-loop.
• Ensure AI governance, privacy, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
