Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities across the organization, working closely with the Enterprise AI Architect and cross-functional teams to develop AI services and reusable components.

The role focuses on translating enterprise AI architecture into production-ready solutions, implementing governance standards, and enabling safe adoption of generative AI, machine learning, and agentic workflows while maintaining security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 6-8 years of software development/platform engineering or ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing, integrating, or operationalizing AI/ML solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services for scalable AI adoption.
• Implement enterprise AI architecture patterns and standards defined by the Enterprise AI Architect.
• Develop AI integration patterns connecting AI with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services and components including model interfaces and orchestration services.
• Support Agentic AI workflows, including orchestration, tool integration, context management, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Implement and maintain AI operational capabilities (MLOps/LLMOps) including deployment pipelines and monitoring.
• Ensure AI solutions align with governance, privacy, auditability, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Platform and Data Engineering to deploy and scale AI infrastructure.
