Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operate scalable enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. You will translate enterprise AI architecture into production-ready services, partnering with Enterprise AI Architect, Platform, Data, and Product teams to develop AI services and operational frameworks for generative AI, ML, and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in software development, platform engineering, or ML engineering with hands-on AI/ML production experience.
• Experience building or supporting AI-enabled apps, data pipelines, or AI platform components in cloud/distributed systems.
• Experience implementing AI integration patterns with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms and cloud services.
• Experience developing generative AI and agentic AI workflows, orchestration, MCP servers, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps including deployment pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Strong programming in Python, C#, or equivalent backend languages.
• Ability to work within enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services for scalable generative AI, ML, and agentic AI.
• Implement enterprise AI architecture patterns and translate reference architectures into production solutions.
• Develop AI integration patterns connecting capabilities with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services including model interfaces, orchestration services, agent frameworks, and tooling.
• Support Agentic AI workflows including orchestration, tool integration, context management, and human-in-the-loop.
• Implement and maintain AI operations (MLOps/LLMOps) with deployment pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure alignment with governance, responsible AI, data privacy, auditability, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to deploy and scale AI infrastructure.
