Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operate enterprise AI capabilities enabling scalable AI adoption across the organization. You will work with the Enterprise AI Architect and cross-functional teams to translate architecture into production-ready AI services and reusable components.

You will develop AI integration patterns, support MLOps/LLMOps, and ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are met while enabling teams to leverage AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 6–8 years in software development, platform engineering, or ML engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML in production environments.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications and data pipelines.
• Experience across AI integration patterns with APIs and data platforms.
• Experience with generative and agentic AI workflows and MCP-like contexts.
• Experience implementing MLOps/LLMOps practices and deployment pipelines.
• Strong backend development with Python/C# and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services across the organization.
• Implement AI architecture patterns and standards defined by the Enterprise AI Architect.
• Develop AI integration patterns connecting AI with apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services including model interfaces and orchestration components.
• Support Agentic AI workflows, including human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Implement and maintain AI operational capabilities (MLOps/LLMOps) for deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support AI platform development with Platform and Data Engineering teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
