Medtronic plc is seeking an Executive Area Innovation Manager to accelerate adoption of the GI Genius AI platform within Endoscopy. This field-based role is remote, covering a region including Ohio, Michigan and Western Pennsylvania, with travel up to 75% and a valid driver’s license required.

The AIM leads enterprise sales and market development, aligns cross-functional teams, and expands installed base utilization while delivering long-term value to health systems and physician practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices or life sciences.
• High School Diploma or higher; associate/bachelor acceptable with related experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% across assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise customer-level sales and market development for Medtronic GI Genius platform.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and value realization with MSOs, IDNs, hospitals, and ASC networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, health economics, clinical, operations, and executive leadership.
• Build executive-level relationships with health system leaders and key opinion leaders.
