Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. is actively seeking an AI Solutions & Enablement Analyst to establish and scale Vertech's enterprise AI function.

This pivotal hire will partner with leadership to shape direction, operating models, governance, and adoption priorities while driving responsible AI across the company. The role collaborates with Senior Manager, AI & Data, Data Products Manager, IT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to bridge AI capabilities with practical business needs and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Analytics or related field.
2 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business technology, or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical application.
Experience evaluating technology solutions and translating business needs into actionable plans.
Strong communication, facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or similar.
Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, and related frameworks.
Experience with AI adoption programs, change management, or training initiatives.
Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries.

Responsibilities

AI strategy execution to advance AI opportunities with measurable value.
Develop the foundations of Vertech's AI function including standards and governance.
Establish scalable processes, prioritization frameworks, and governance mechanisms.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and determine business applicability and security alignment.
Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve workflows and decision making.
Develop programs to improve AI literacy, adoption, and value realization.
Create training materials, workshops, and user support resources for AI adoption.
Support governance processes and risk management with stakeholders.
Monitor adoption metrics, licensing, consumption, and business outcomes.
Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and business units to accelerate AI adoption.
