Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to establish and scale AI capabilities across multiple companies. You will work with C‑level teams to identify opportunities, develop AI-enabled products, and create agentic workflows that boost engineering productivity and customer operations.

You will lead the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions, integrating with CRM/ERP ecosystems, data warehouses, and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/AI engineering or architecture experience.
• Experience with AI technologies, including LLM APIs, agents, RAG, and automation.
• Delivery of production-ready solutions from concept through production.
• Strong background integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and data ecosystems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with rapid learning.
• Ability to scale solutions with reliability, security, and production readiness.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate tech to business language.
• Autonomous work style in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Coaching leadership with hands-on technical engagement when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive, technical, and functional stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Architect, develop, and launch AI-powered products, agents, and automated workflows across business areas.
• Translate ambiguous needs into scalable technical solutions from ideation to production.
• Connect AI capabilities with CRM, ERP, data warehouses, APIs, and legacy data systems.
• Define architecture, data requirements, and integration needs for initiatives.
• Roll out AI solutions with training materials, enablement programs, and change management.
• Establish reusable architectures, playbooks, and standards for future AI work.
• Advise senior leadership on AI opportunities, technologies, and risks.
• Mentor engineers and business leaders to build internal AI capabilities.
• Continuously monitor AI advancements and identify practical applications.
