Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. is seeking an AI Solutions & Enablement Analyst to establish and scale Vertech's enterprise AI function.

The role works closely with leadership to define direction, operating model, standards, and priorities while accelerating responsible AI adoption across the company. The role serves as a foundational member of the AI & Data organization and contributes across multiple aspects of the AI operating model, including solution evaluation, solution development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business technology, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical application within enterprise environments.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions and translating business needs into actionable implementation plans.
• Strong communication, facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead change and influence adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, GitHub Copilot, Power Platform, or Snowflake Cortex.
• Experience building AI agents, automations, copilots, or workflow solutions.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST RMF, ISO 42001).

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Vertech's AI roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and advancing AI opportunities that drive measurable business value.
• Establish foundations of Vertech's AI function, including standards, operating principles, team structures, success measures, governance models, and capability roadmaps.
• Develop scalable processes, standards, intake models, prioritization frameworks, governance mechanisms, and measurement systems that support growth.
• Assess emerging AI tools, platforms, copilots, agents, and automation capabilities for business fit, security, and readiness.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve workflows, productivity, and decision support.
• Develop programs that improve organizational AI literacy, adoption, responsible use, and business value realization.
• Create training materials, workshops, office hours, communications, best practices, and user support resources.
• Partner with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and stakeholders to support governance processes, risk management, and responsible AI initiatives.
• Monitor adoption metrics, licensing utilization, consumption patterns, costs, and business outcomes associated with enterprise AI tools.
• Work with Service, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and HQ teams to accelerate AI adoption and drive alignment.
