Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. seeks an AI Solutions & Enablement Lead to establish and scale the enterprise AI function, working with leadership to define direction, operating model, standards, and priorities while accelerating responsible AI adoption.

As a foundational member of the AI & Data organization, you will contribute across solution evaluation, development, enablement, governance, training, and value realization, partnering with IT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to shape

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business technology, business analysis, consulting, product ownership, process improvement.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical application within enterprise environments.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions and translating business needs into actionable implementation plans.
• Strong communication, facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead change and influence adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude Enterprise, Power Platform, Snowflake Cortex, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience building AI agents, automations, copilots, or workflow solutions.
• Familiarity with AI governance, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, responsible AI principles, or related frameworks.
• Experience with technology adoption programs, organizational change management, or training initiatives.
• Experience within renewable energy, manufacturing, field service, or asset‑intensive industries.
• Relevant Microsoft AI, Azure, Power Platform, or project management certifications.

Responsibilities

• AI strategy execution: Identify and advance AI opportunities to drive measurable business value.
• AI organization development: Establish foundations, standards, operating principles, and governance models.
• Operating model development: Build scalable processes, intake models, and governance mechanisms.
• AI technology evaluation: Assess tools, copilots, and automation for business fit and security.
• AI solution development: Design and prototype AI-enabled solutions for workflows and reporting.
• AI enablement and adoption: Develop programs to improve AI literacy and value realization.
• Training and change management: Create materials and conduct workshops for adoption.
• AI governance support: Collaborate with IT, Legal, Cybersecurity on governance and risk.
• Usage, value, and cost management: Monitor adoption metrics and licensing.
• Cross-functional engagement: Work with Service, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, HQ.
• Escalation: Address governance, prioritization, adoption, security, or vendor issues with Sr. Manager.
