Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the tax industry, is seeking a Mid-level AI Enablement Specialist with CoPilot Studio to support and expand the client’s enterprise AI initiatives on a new Greenfield project. You will act as the connective tissue between business units and our Workplace Technology engineering function.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who is equally comfortable running discovery workshops with a business team, coaching a group of “makers”, and shaping a backlog

Qualifications

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify productive AI opportunities.
• Experience enabling enterprise AI capabilities across business units.
• Able to coach teams and shape engineering backlogs with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business teams and translate outcomes into backlog items.
• Drive adoption of AI tools through hands-on upskilling and structured delivery with engineering.
