Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a CoPilot Product Owner to lead Personal AI enablement and product strategy within the Enterprise AI Program. You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle for Copilot and enterprise AI tooling, aligning with governance and risk controls across the organization.

Collaborate with Technology Platform Managers, business and risk partners to define capabilities, track KPIs, and drive adoption at scale, delivering measurable business outcomes while balancing user experience and risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading product initiatives within a regulated enterprise.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and enterprise deployment patterns.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery and innovation with personas, competitive analysis, and opportunities.
• Support product planning including forecasting, requirements definition, and success metrics.
• Maintain enterprise-wide perspective to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform risk analysis and maintain governance alignment for AI deployments.
• Track product KPIs and conduct post-launch audits to improve adoption.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure cross-regional alignment.
