Liquidity Services seeks an AI Enablement & Process Automation Lead to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform across the enterprise. This role bridges business operations and technology, helping teams identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline processes, and leverage AI as digital coworkers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or digital transformation experience
Experience working with Microsoft 365
Experience facilitating workshops and training programs
Strong understanding of business process mapping

Responsibilities

AI Adoption & Training: Develop and deliver training programs for business users on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and AI best practices.
Business Process Analysis: Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Support, and Marketplace teams to understand workflows and identify AI-driven improvements.
Adoption Measurement: Track utilization, adoption, and business outcomes; report AI program progress to IT and business leadership.
