Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a Raytheon Technologies company, seeks an Associate Director, Enterprise Agile Transformation to lead the Agile transformation across programs. You will scale frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, and SAFe, and coach cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

The role requires deep Agile understanding, large-scale transformation experience, and collaboration with executives to drive organizational agility and program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12+ years of Agile experience in large, complex organizations.
• Advanced degree with 10+ years of Agile experience in large, complex organizations.
• RST/RSST/SAFe SPC certifications; CSP-SM, CSP-PO, CAL-2, CSP-D and PMP are desirable.
• Experience as a Product Manager across all phases from concept to sustainment.
• Experience developing Agile training materials, seminars and talks.
• Strong understanding of Agile tools including Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives across programs.
• Implement and scale Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, and SAFe frameworks.
• Evaluate and implement tools to enhance coordination across programs and with leadership.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure Agile adoption success.
• Provide hands-on coaching to teams, managers, and executives on Agile principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of Agile methodologies.
• Drive change management to support transition to Agile practices and sustainability.
• Identify and address organizational challenges and risks affecting Agile adoption.
