You will oversee planning cycles, shape the digital technology rhythm of business, and link investments to measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring senior-level strategic planning experience, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering value in aerospace or regulated industries.

Qualifications

• University degree and 12 years experience, or advanced degree with 10 years' experience.
• 8+ years in strategic planning, program management, and people leadership.
• Experience leading multi-year or annual planning cycles such as LRP, AOP, or SFP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DT’s multi-year and annual planning cycles (LRP, AOP, SFP).
• Translate long-range strategy into annual execution with traceability to funded work.
• Lead strategic initiatives driving digital transformation and business impact.
• Provide leadership for the Digital Technology narrative and align priorities with funding.
