Job summary

Cosuno Ventures GmbH is seeking an Enterprise SaaS sales leader to own a full-cycle process from prospecting to closing. You will manage 30–50 named enterprise accounts in a highly outbound environment, applying MEDDPICC frameworks and forecasting throughout the cycle.

You will work with the founder and leadership, and have direct access to senior stakeholders. The role offers remote work within Germany or a Berlin-based office with minimal management layers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals (€100K–€1M, 6+ month cycles). MEDDPICC experience is non-negotiable.
• Strong outbound and strategic account planning experience (30–50 named accounts).
• C-level presence: able to influence CFOs, CEOs, Procurement and complex buying committees.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle Enterprise sales: prospecting, qualification, negotiations and closing.
• Own 30–50 named enterprise accounts; navigate buying committees including CEOs and CFOs.
• Collaborate with SDRs, KAMs and Product on pipeline quality and market feedback.
