Job summary

Commercial Metals Company seeks a National Accounts Director - EPCs to lead the enterprise account strategy for major EPC customers and engineering-led project delivery teams across the United States. You will engage early in project development and align CMC resources to pursue large, multifaceted opportunities in industrial, infrastructure, energy, and construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ business development experience in a related service industry or successful track record as an account manager
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of EPC project development, procurement cycles, and bid package development
• Experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for strategic EPC customers across major construction projects in the U.S.
• Develop account plans defining customer priorities, project pipeline, and growth opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement to support customer needs at the right project stage
• Position CMC as a coordinated enterprise partner for complex projects beyond product sales
• Lead regular project reviews and translate customer requirements into internal actions for teams
