Job summary

Mimecast Limited is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (West) to identify, qualify and close new business with large organizations in the US, focusing on California, Oregon, or Washington. You will build a regional pipeline and collaborate with channel partners, marketing and customer success to align Mimecast's cybersecurity solutions with enterprise needs.

The ideal candidate has a proven IT or SaaS sales track record, strong consultative skills, and familiarity with security ecosystems.

Qualifications

Proven IT or SaaS sales track record.
Ability to present ideas to senior stakeholders.
Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and how security teams buy.
Experience selling through channel partners.
Familiarity with MEDDIC/Force Management/Challenger/SPIN Selling.
Proficiency with a CRM like Salesforce.
Willingness to travel 25-30%.

Responsibilities

Prospect, network and qualify new opportunities in enterprise accounts.
Develop relationships through regional marketing and direct sales activities.
Manage territory pipeline to meet sales targets.
Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
Coordinate pre-sales, post-sales, customer success, channel, BDR and marketing colleagues.
Work with reseller and integration partners on campaigns.
Lead technical validation and proof-of-value engagements.
Track competitive and market developments and share feedback with leadership.
