Vonage is seeking an Enterprise Account Director, New Business (API/CPaaS) to hunt and build relationships with large multinational enterprises from a remote home base in the US. You will lead territory development and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative communications APIs.

This 100% hunter role requires 8+ years of enterprise software sales, executive relationship skills, and the ability to forecast revenue while mapping CPaaS solutions to customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling to large multinational enterprise companies.
• Extensive knowledge of International Messaging (SMS, WABA ETC), Voice and Video products and solutions in SaaS or PaaS models.
• Experience building solid relationships with mid-level and senior executives across business, marketing and technology teams.
• Previous experience partnering with a strong PreSales Consultant.
• A self starter attitude, creativity and curiosity with the focus and openness it takes to work both independently and collaboratively across the business.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management and Revenue Generation: develop and drive sales strategies for new logo prospecting.
• Analyze assigned account base to determine focus accounts for prospecting and creation of opportunities.
• Create and present sales and revenue forecasts.
• Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue and profits.
