Job summary

New England Life Care, Inc. is seeking full-time remote Enteral Patient Service Representatives to support clinical pharmacy services for home infusion therapy enteral patients across multiple New England states.

You will interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff to ensure accurate information flow and timely service delivery. The role emphasizes strong customer service skills, healthcare familiarity, and proficiency with EMR documentation, with benefits including

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Healthcare field experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Document and communicate changes in demographics, insurance, physicians, and patient orders in the EMR and to appropriate departments.
• Communicate unexpected changes in product or supply usage to appropriate individuals (physician, home health agency, patient or caregiver).
• Accurately and efficiently record important service information in the EMR.
• Inform billing, reimbursement, and enteral team of changes in service.
• Timely and accurate assessments documented in EMR.
• Make calls to patients regarding routine equipment swaps and triage equipment issue calls to the appropriate staff member.
• Communicate with nutritional support staff regarding patient's formula or supply issues and assist with follow-up activities.
• Triage clinical nutrition questions to appropriate staff member for assessment or follow up by Registered Dietitian.
• Follow NELC policies and procedures in routine business operations.
