Job summary

Medtronic seeks a motivated ENT Area Sales Manager to sell Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals and physicians within the designated territory. This remote role requires residency in the territory and frequent travel to accounts, with a valid driver’s license and personable, patient-centric engagement.

You will lead face-to-face calls, execute sales action plans, support clinical staff, and maintain records while collaborating with regional leadership to meet quotas and growth targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of sales experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in medical devices.
• Experience in healthcare sales or medtech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses and decision-makers in the territory to demonstrate products.
• Plan and execute sales calls to hospital departments and outpatient facilities.
• Travel within the territory and occasionally beyond, to support accounts and training.
• Provide post-sale support and maintain inventory and equipment used for demonstrations.
